As a leader in the industry, we are rapidly growing and looking for Data Entry Clerk to join our exciting team in a fast-paced environment in Rhome, TX. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or associate degree in administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and terminology.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to interpret basic technical documents such as BOMs (Bill of Materials) or production schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately input production data, material usage, and inventory records into ERP or database systems.
  • Maintain and update manufacturing documentation, including work orders, packing slips, and invoices.
  • Track and reconcile inventory levels against system records; report discrepancies.
  • Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production, inventory, and quality.
  • Support procurement and logistics teams with data-related tasks, including order entry and delivery tracking.
  • Organize and file documents both digitally and physically for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate data capture.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and resolve errors promptly.
  • Assist in general administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management.
