The selected consultant will provide temporary data entry support services to Lime. The services involve accurately transcribing and maintaining logistics-related data that supports Lime’s operational reporting. As part of the engagement, the Data Entry Clerk may need to interface with Lime’s designated data systems (Transportation Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.) Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST at Lime Commerce, CA facility. What you’ll do: ● Capture and organize logistics-related data provided by Lime into structured digital formats consistent with the project’s reporting needs. ● Review incoming information to ensure accuracy and completeness. ● Maintain organized digital files with proper labeling and storage. ● Communicate with Lime’s POC to clarify data and resolve discrepancies. ● Follow established data entry procedures and recommend improvements when applicable. ● Meet daily and weekly data entry targets to support operational timelines. ● Assist with basic reporting and data summaries as needed. About you: ● Experience accurately capturing, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of logistics-related or operational data. ● Familiarity with data entry into shared spreadsheets, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or other standard business applications. ● Proven ability to review incoming information for accuracy and completeness and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders. ● Demonstrated track record of meeting daily and weekly data entry targets to support operational timelines. ● Experience maintaining well-structured digital files, labeling data consistently, and supporting reporting requirements. ● Ability to follow established data entry procedures and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements. ● Strong communication skills for clarifying data requirements and working with designated points of contact.
