POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/Receptionist to join our team full-time. This position plays a key role in front desk operations as well as supporting our accounting department with accurate data entry for accounts receivable and accounts payable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist and/or data entry role, especially involving AR/AP
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Perform data entry tasks related to AR/AP with accuracy and efficiency
