We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Vandalia, Ohio. In this role, you will handle a high volume of data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, supporting key enrollment processes. Responsibilities
  • Accurately input large volumes of data into designated systems while maintaining a high level of precision.
  • Process manual auto-enrollment tasks for back-end operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Organize and manage digital and physical files to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, format, and edit documents as needed.
  • Perform basic calculations and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Correspond via email to clarify information and address data-related inquiries.
  • Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents and maintain proper file organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and processes are streamlined.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to perform basic formatting and calculations.
  • Familiarity with 10-key typing and fast, accurate typing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain structured file systems.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly for email correspondence.
  • Knowledge of office equipment, including scanning devices and basic computer operations.
