Data Entry Clerk Application Deadline: 6 March 2026 Department: Federal Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Brooklyn, NY Compensation: $18.40 / hour Description Experience with Government contracts or large-scale operational support environments. Familiarity with inventory management of Government Furnished Property (GFP). Prior background in quality control, facility oversight, or logistical coordination. Responsibilities: Create electronic records for new files in alignment with Government regulations and deadlines. Respond to special inquiries, file extractions, conformance audits, and reconciliation efforts. Enter data into multiple Government‑managed automated systems. Modify, update, and correct data using supplemental documentation. Conduct inquiries and searches within Government systems. Generate ad hoc reports as required. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under time‑sensitive conditions. Proficiency in English comprehension. Ability to adapt to routine and specialized data tasks across Government systems. Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
