JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To be responsible & assist for agent enquiry on goods collection.
  • To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system transaction entry stock.
  • To ensure proper filing system and other administrative duties
  • To liaise with Asst. Supervisor / Supervisor on operational problem and inventory accuracy.
  • To maintain good rapport with customer.
  • To make necessary recommendations to management for improvement for improvement in work methods to enhance overall work efficiency.
  • To perform any administrative duties as instructed by the Superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • SPM with 2 - 3 year experience (preferably related experience) or Certificate with 1 year experience (preferably related experience)
  • Computer literate
  • Able to speak, read and write English
  • To attend all trainings and presentations on health and safety matters as well as accident preventions
