Bastian Builders is a Utah-based custom home builder specializing in high-end, one-of-a-kind homes. We use Buildertrend to manage our projects, and we’re looking for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and eager to help keep our data, communications, and online presence in top shape.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Data Entry & Content Assistant to help with daily administrative tasks, primarily entering and managing information in Buildertrend. When there’s no data entry work to be done, you’ll assist with light marketing—such as posting on Reddit, updating our website, and sharing progress updates on our projects.
This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and can switch between structured tasks (data entry) and creative tasks (online posting).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Comfortable learning and using software (experience with Buildertrend a plus)
  • Basic writing and communication skills for online posts
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with social media, Reddit, or basic web content updates
  • Construction industry experience is not required but a plus
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

  • Enter and maintain project data in Buildertrend (contacts, schedules, budgets, documents, etc.)
  • Organize and file project paperwork digitally
  • Update project notes, logs, and client-facing information in Buildertrend
  • Post and engage on relevant Reddit communities to increase brand awareness
  • Assist with updating our website and social media with new photos and project updates
  • Perform general administrative support as needed
