JOB DESCRIPTION:

Data Entry Clerk/CSR * 1-Year Contract
1st Shift- 8am-5pm
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 DOE
Location: Remote

SUMMARY:

We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented Customer Service Data Entry Clerk to work a 1-year contract position. Your primary role will be to maintain our database by entering new and updated customer information. You’ll be a crucial part of our team, ensuring our data is accurate, organized, and accessible. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
  • Responding to queries for information and access relevant files.
  • Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven data entry work experience, with a knack for typing speed and accuracy.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a patient and friendly demeanor.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
