Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator cum Data Entry Operator to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure accurate data recording. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating inventory movement, maintaining stock records, and performing timely data entry to support logistics and inventory control.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and data entry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with ERP or warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

    Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of warehouse transactions (invoices, goods received, dispatches, etc.).
  • Ensure goods are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for.
  • Assist in stocktaking and inventory audits.
  • Liaise with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
  • Support in packing, labeling, and dispatching orders when required.
