Protec Dental Laboratories Ltd. is a growing full-service dental laboratory located in Olympic Village area. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a Data Entry/Customer Service role in the Denture Department. The ideal candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills, a natural curiosity and willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a team player and independently.
The Data Entry/Customer Service role will report to the Denture Team Lead.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Aptitude for working both collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative and customer service role is preferred.
  • Previous dental office experience would be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Enter all incoming customer cases into the internal lab database system (CPM) and match works orders to the respective cases accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Call client to confirm, request and clarify their order in a professional and friendly manner to endure the best service possible.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding client cases and patient information.
  • Case Scheduling – Organize and make sure deadlines are achieved for the incoming orders.
  • Other duties as required.
