Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a Data Entry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into various systems, maintaining databases, and ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Input: Accurately inputting data from various sources into designated systems (databases, spreadsheets, etc.).
  • Data Verification: Verifying data accuracy by comparing it with source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintaining and updating databases with new information as it becomes available.
  • Data Organization: Sorting, organizing, and categorizing data for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Report Generation: Assisting with the generation of reports based on data analysis.
  • Document Management: Scanning, organizing, and storing documents digitally.
  • Data Security: Ensuring data integrity and security by following company policies and procedures.
  • Backup Procedures: Performing regular data backups to prevent data loss.
  • Communication: Responding to queries and requests for information from internal and external sources.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Typing Speed & Accuracy: Proven experience with high-speed data entry and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Data Entry Software: Familiarity with data entry software and database management systems.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a data entry role is preferred.
