Trustbend Packers & Movers, a well-established logistics and relocation services provider based in Dubai, is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to support our administrative and operations team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in handling large volumes of data accurately while maintaining organized and secure records in a fast-moving business environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with data entry systems.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of logistics or relocation documentation is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter data related to shipments, inventory, client information, and billing into internal systems.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of data before and after entry to ensure correctness and completeness.
  • Maintain and update digital and physical files, records, and documentation.
  • Generate and manage reports, delivery schedules, and logistics records as requested by management.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to collect and confirm required data.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all sensitive business and customer information.
  • Perform regular backups of data to prevent loss and support recovery processes.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors and report inconsistencies when necessary.
