Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

The primary function of this role is to provide reliable, efficient and accurate data entry services for the Operational Systems Team. The position will enter data into spreadsheets and internal systems, update records and assist managers with general administrative data tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Data entry, update and maintain data in spreadsheet and internal databases.
  • Conduct checks to ensure data is accurate.
  • Input data into UKG and Polaris.
  • General administration duties.
  • Respond to queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Regularly update your reporting manager on any concerns or issues as they arise.
  • Maintain administration documentation and files
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested
