We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team at Smart Capital Center. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and updating financial data into our system. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update financial data into our system
  • Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve any data discrepancies
  • Maintain a high level of security and confidentiality of all financial data
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry
  • Generate data reports and summaries as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 years of experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • Familiarity with financial data and terminology
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with confidential information
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS:

45,000 - 55,000 USD per year(Remote (Edmond, Oklahoma, US)
