We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry/Payroll Assistant to support our growing team located at our headquarters in Warrenton, VA.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Data Entry/Payroll Assistant supports accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. This is an entry level role that involves data entry, maintaining payroll records, and assisting with payroll reporting and compliance. This position will work closely with the Payroll Manager to uphold confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies and relevant laws.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in payroll processing is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment
  • Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
