POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for researching, data entry, and maintaining the integrity of the content of the Skyline Corporate Communications electronic records and software system. The Data Entry Specialist provides research and correct data, issue identification, assessment, resolution, and technical support to achieve desired outcomes. This role involves research of information, review of spreadsheet data, correction scenarios and performs subsequent hands-on spreadsheet corrections as part of daily work responsibilities. This position serves as an organizational resource for issues involving data research, correction, spreadsheets, import and implementation of data into Company software and instructional support to its team.
The Data Entry Specialist works as the lead for research and review of data, spreadsheet alignment, importation of data, correction process, facilitating correction of client service data throughout all Skyline information systems. The individual coordinates the data from Skyline’s services and is responsible for ensuring all necessary research and corrections are made in a timely manner (per SCCG policies and procedures), and the data from each service is validated prior to closure to ensure that information is complete and accurate to support client services and tracking and reporting analytics.

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 or more years of experience working with data entry and integrity.
  • Must have experience and a proven track record in Zoho One, CRM, Project Management, and spreadsheet correction and import process for information systems, and customer relations management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Excel
  • Working knowledge of CRMs, Project Management Software and detailed working knowledge of Zoho One.
  • Ability to execute strategy and communicate knowledge of business processes and enabling technologies, specifically in Skyline’s software operations
  • Ability to comprehend and retain information that can be applied to work procedures to achieve appropriate performance
  • Data entry skills (minimum 50-60 accurate keystrokes per minute)
  • Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills
  • Aptitude to conceptualize, plan, and implement stated goals and objectives
  • Ability to independently set and organize own work priorities for self and successfully adapt to new priorities as part of a changing environment. Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that demands a high degree of accuracy and productivity in cooperation with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles
  • Ability to communicate and work with Skyline leadership and Team. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in dealing with trainees, team members, associates, and internal/external clients
  • Excellent ability to identify, prioritize, resolve and / or escalate complex problems promptly
  • Excellent ability to establish, develop and manage customer relationships management information.
  • Ability to learn new applications/software systems effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to interact with others using one-on-one contact and group discussions
  • Skills using spreadsheet, word processing, and basic statistical software applications, preferably Microsoft Office and Zoho Work drive.

Responsibilities

ASSIGNMENT SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, Correct, and Resolve incorrect data and imports data so there is an alignment with events, publications, and client services within Skyline systems such as client leads, opportunities for different service pipelines in Skyline’s CRM. Ensure that client touch points appear on appropriate contact/opportunities record and events in order to maintain a complete and correct record for each client.
  • Make informed decisions after consultation of third party software specialists on how best to address critical data import and informational errors impacting client service data and analytics
  • Facilitate correct information throughout Skyline’s software systems, interfacing with software support providers as to the appropriate actions to take to quickly resolve data quality issues as a result of wrong information or improper relationship tracking in a manner and timeframe to minimize the impact to client account service integrity.
  • Act as a liaison between staff to ensure that incorrect data is identified, corrected, spreadsheet imports align with appropriate client relationships, events, and opportunities, erroneous data and relationship tracking is corrected, and is verified that the information was updated completely and correctly.
  • Coordinate with Skyline team to facilitate a seamless data information system.
