JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our databases. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in various data entry systems, particularly Excel. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring that all information is organized and accessible.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables, is essential.
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Previous experience in research data collection will be considered an asset.
