QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree in Business Administration, preferred
• Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Smart Sheets or a similar ERP system
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative

• Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Utilize Microsoft Office for data management and reporting
• Learn and use Smart Sheet for project management and data organization
• Perform other administrative duties, as assigned
