The person in this role provides support to case managers in diverse and intricate administrative tasks. Gathers, organizes, evaluates moderately complex data and information, and compiles detailed reports. Executes outreach initiatives for individuals impacted by disasters. Facilitates coordination among various departments and external entities. Offers specialized and analytical administrative support to executive, administrative, and staff managers. Evaluates and enforces departmental/program policies, procedures, operations, and organizational structure. Manages and updates computer databases. Engages with agency directors to discuss and align on program activities, issues, and proposed changes affecting specific departments/programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, administration or business.
  • Two to four years of related experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Have an extensive background in accurately and efficiently processing large volumes of data for a diverse range of clients.
  • Effectively collaborate with team members and management, communicating updates and identifying any issues for prompt resolution.
  • Principles and practices of organization and administration.
  • Applicable state and federal laws.
  • Budgets and statistics.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in typing at a pace that meets the demands of the role.
  • Operate standard office, word processing, and computer equipment.
  • Train and oversee the performance of assigned staff.
