REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· At least 18 years of age
· Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, criminal justice, psychology or other human service field or working towards degree and/or equivalent experience
· Knowledge of dynamics of domestic violence, justice system and client centered services
· Commitment to adhere to Member Program Service Standards of the Kentucky Coalition Against Domestic Violence
· Commitment to complete required training for Certified Domestic Violence Advocate
· Valid Kentucky driver’s license and proof of insurance
· Agree to a criminal background check

Responsibilities
  1. Collect and enter data as required into the agency database by funding sources.
  2. Assist the Deputy Director in maintain accurate data records of client services.
  3. Transfer data from daily logs into database.
  4. Create spreadsheets related to database for reporting to funding sources.
  5. Create tracking sheets related to data needs and update based on funding source requirements.
  6. Verify data by comparing to source documents.
  7. Retrieve data from the database as requested.
  8. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to adhere to agency records requirements.
  9. Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referral services to shelter clients
  10. Answer 24-hour crisis line.
  11. Complete intake, assessment, or exit processes
  12. Complete data entry on all clients served.
  13. Work holidays or on-call shifts as assigned
  14. Perform all duties as assigned by the Executive Director
