We are a family owned and operated company in Palmyra, MO, USA, directly located on Hwy 61.   PURPOSE OF JOB The data entry specialist role is responsible for loading and maintaining product data in business systems that support Doyle operations.  This role will collaborate regularly with several cross-functional teams.    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Accurately enter, update, and maintain product data in shared spreadsheets and internal business systems (Genius). • Perform data entry related to products, pricing, promotions, and attributes to ensure information is accurate and customer ready. • Update existing product and order information as changes occur • Work with a large catalog of products across multiple lines of business • Support customer service and internal teams through concise communication and system updates • Collaborate with production, design, sales, purchasing, operations, and ERP teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into intuitive, scalable spreadsheet solutions. • Design, build, and maintain advanced Excel templates for sales, reporting, forecasting and data analysis. • Optimize existing Excel templates for performance, accuracy, and ease of use. • Learn and work within multiple systems including Genius, following established processes and procedures. • Troubleshoot and resolve spreadsheet issues quickly to minimize downtime.   QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • High School Diploma or Equivalent  • 1-3 years’ working experience of data entry, order processing, or customer service operations. • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and data validation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must. • Ability to work independently and within a team. • Computer competency (EPR, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) is paramount to success. • Agility: willingness to quickly adapt and adjust to changes when necessary. • Strong problem-solving skills.
