Job Description - Data Entry Specialist

Position Overview: This is a great opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team and be part of exciting transformation projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and maintaining various types of data with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a strong attention to detail. The position will be based in our offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Job Type: Full-time, Longterm Temporary
Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
8-hour shift

Responsibilities
Follow data entry standards and procedures
Enter and update data using various systems and tools (ERP, Planning tools, MS Excel spreadsheets)
Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Identify and correct errors, duplicates, or discrepancies in data
Identify areas of improvement for data entry
Report any problems or issues to the supervisor or manager
Data Entry duties- half day and general admin duties as needed -half day
Requirements
MS Office Suite experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
Ability to self-organize
Ability to learn and navigate different computer systems to accomplish high priority tasks quickly and accurately
Good written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
What will put you ahead?
Experience in order management, invoice and purchase order review or project coordination
General experience with an ERP system
Experience with Microsoft project planning software
