· Develop and manage pricing: create and maintain accurate product data across the ERP system, company websites, and third-party marketplaces, ensuring all price lists are updated and complete.
· Maintain and update product listings on third-party platforms, including Amazon and Noon.
· Manage the ERP system: update product information (descriptions, images, pricing, and status) as supplier updates is received; maintain updated categories and add new website categories and products.
· Manage website content, including new product uploads, promotions, inventory updates, and discontinued product removal.
· Manage product catalogues: provide specifications for the creation, updating, modification and maintenance of all product data.
· Maintain data synchronization between the ERP system and e-commerce platforms; currently addressing manual stock integration processes.
· Collaborate with IT, marketing, and web development teams to provide UI/UX recommendations and suggestions.
· Generate reports as requested.
Requirements
· Proven work experience as a data entry operator or similar role
· Experience working with an ERP system
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
· Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
