Account specific roles and responsibilities: Enter patient demographics, medical histories, diagnoses, medications, and procedures with 100% accuracy Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information Cross-check entries against source documents and correct discrepancies while following audit and documentation standards Adhere strictly to HIPAA and data privacy regulations Maintain confidentiality of patient health information Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff to clarify documentation At least 6 months BPO experience handling a US Healthcare Account Good working knowledge with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) Tools Good verbal and written English communication skills Must be residing within Greater Manila Area Amenable working night shift What can we offer you?
