We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist who is proficient in Excel and has a foundational understanding of finance and accounting. This role goes beyond basic data input and plays a key part in generating reports and supporting financial operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a data entry role within a supermarket or hypermarket
  • Familiarity with purchasing and inventory processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions required)
  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting (invoicing, ledgers, reports)
  • Fast, accurate typing and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Data Entry Operator: 1 year (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Enter and update data accurately in internal systems and Excel sheets
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports
  • Utilize Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) for data analysis
  • Work closely with the Finance and Accounting teams on data verification and reconciliation
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity
