JOB DESCRIPTION
This position involves providing administrative support to the quoting department, which includes extracting information from customer documentation and inputting it into the quoting system (Oracle). This also includes inputting raw and finished goods part numbers, as well as creating and managing bills of materials and routers with the ERP system.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Windows and MS Office, with experience in MS Visio being a plus. Additionally, experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is a plus, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are also important for this role.
