Duties & Responsibilities Receives general guidance from the Administrative Manager relative to the overall functions to be accomplished. Completed work is reviewed in terms of quantity, accuracy, and timeliness of assigned actions. * View pictures of license plates and transcribe the license plate date into the company database * Processes and archives records from the server * Performs general administrative duties as assigned * Performs customer service-oriented duties as assigned * This position is entry-level and may be promoted to a staff assistant. This position has the ability to be remote after the training period. If you are able to do remote work, you must have a reliable internet connection, an area that will be private and free of distractions.  Qualifications Requirements * Ability to communicate with management and to contribute to a positive team environment. * Ability to comfortably use MS Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, etc.) Qualifications * Ability to work in a seated position * HS/GED equivalent
Responsibilities
The Data Entry Specialist will transcribe license plate data into the company database and process and archive records from the server. Additional duties include general administrative tasks and customer service-oriented responsibilities.
