Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and internal systems. Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before entering data. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism. Follow established data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. Provide general administrative support when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience preferred. Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 45–60 WPM preferred). Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing project tasks. Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
