Socket is looking for an organized and talented Order Procurement Specialist to join our team! This role is crucial to ensuring that our fiber orders and customer accounts are accurately entered, tracked, and fulfilled in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurately submit and manage fiber orders in the Socket system
  • Create and maintain customer billing accounts
  • Occasionally coordinate and schedule with customers as needed
  • Ensure all order details and documentation are complete and accurate
  • Follow established workflows and company processes with consistency
  • Procure necessary components and services related to customer orders
  • Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order-related discrepancies or issues
  • Other duties as assigned
