Description Socket is looking for an organized and talented Data Entry Specialist - Sales to join our team! This role is crucial to ensuring that our fiber orders and customer accounts are accurately entered, tracked, and fulfilled in a timely manner. This is an in-office position. Primary Responsibilities: Accurately submit and manage fiber orders in the Socket system Create and maintain customer billing accounts Occasionally coordinate and schedule with customers as needed Ensure all order details and documentation are complete and accurate Follow established workflows and company processes with consistency Procure necessary components and services related to customer orders Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Troubleshoot and resolve order-related discrepancies or issues Other duties as assigned Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to keep detailed documentation Multitasking skills Initiative Proficiency with computers Reasoning skills Ability to analyze data Organizational skills Dependability Ability to follow established processes Strong ability to collaborate with other teams Desirable Skills: Previous experience in data entry, order processing or administrative support preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ready to take the next step?
