Account specific roles and responsibilities Pull and review reports from PCC (Point Click Care) and other designated systems. Analyze information using reference guides, workflow documentation, and established process flows. Determine appropriate next steps based on defined operational procedures. Perform accurate and timely data entry into authorization and case management systems. Create, document, and maintain cases with complete and accurate information. Ensure all processes comply with U.S. healthcare guidelines, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy targets. Escalate discrepancies, data inconsistencies, or unclear cases to appropriate teams. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and ensure full HIPAA compliance. At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Insurance Account Good working knowledge with Verification of Benefits and Authorization is a PLUS Good verbal and written English skills Knowledge with MS Tools Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong Amenable working night shifts What can we offer you?
