This is a remote position. Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (including a 1 hour lunch break unpaid) Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne) Client Overview: A growing Australian business is transforming their document management capabilities through a comprehensive digitization initiative. They’re building a modern, searchable database system that will revolutionize how their team accesses critical business information. This project represents a significant operational upgrade that will create lasting efficiency improvements. Job Description: You’ll play a pivotal role in a transformational digitization project that will modernize how an entire business accesses and manages their information. This is your opportunity to work independently on meaningful work that directly impacts operational efficiency, while gaining experience with modern cloud-based systems and helping create a Google-like search functionality for thousands of important business documents. Responsibilities: Process and digitize thousands of business documents from Microsoft Teams folders and OneDrive Extract relevant information from various document types with accuracy and attention to detail Populate extracted data systematically into the company’s internal CRM system Upload and properly organize document copies within the digital filing system Work independently to meet project milestones and completion timelines Maintain consistent quality standards across high-volume document processing Collaborate with the client team to ensure proper system integration and data accuracy Requirements: Previous experience with data entry and administrative work Experience working with international clients and remote collaboration Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and cloud-based systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume work environments Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems or database management It helps if you’re comfortable with systematic, process-oriented work
