OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

Teradyne Nextest department in Costa Rica is looking for a Data Entry. We are looking for a detailed oriented professional who will oversee collecting and entering data into databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms, as well as proficiency in Excel. The Data Entry will be maintaining accurate, up-to-date and usable information in our systems.

This job opportunity will have the following responsibilities:

  • Inputting data from various sources into computer databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
  • Verifying and updating outdated data.
  • Organizing and maintaining data files and records.
  • Gathering, collating, and preparing information for data entry
  • Gathering, collating, and preparing information to generate reports and/or email chain distribution
  • Conducting research to obtain missing information for incomplete documents/data/rereports
  • Providing occasional administrative help to other departments/areas
  • Apply department control and procedures
  • Generate and distribute reports, store completed work in designated locations
  • Create metrics of the work done to show progress
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of information
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of entered data

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate or Student in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or any other carrier related to the field.
  • English Proficiency
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in
  • Spreadsheets, databases, and office equipment. MS Office
  • Gathering, organizing, collating, and preparing information for data entry.
  • Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Ensuring accuracy in data entry and verification.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Oracle
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and database software packages
