POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Expert to lead the collection, interpretation, analysis, and strategic use of data across our organization. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and enable innovation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic and operational goals. Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and deliver actionable dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across systems and sources. Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions. Recommend and implement improvements to data infrastructure, quality, and analytics practices. Use advanced analytical techniques (e.g., statistical modeling, forecasting, clustering) to solve business problems. Document data sources, definitions, and data lineage to support transparency and compliance. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on data literacy, tools, and best practices. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience working with data in an analytics, engineering, or business intelligence role. Proficiency in SQL and data query languages. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL workflows, and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly. Familiarity with data governance, privacy standards, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Responsibilities
