As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing first-class technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using the Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and/or Copilot Studio. Your focus are will be more on the Power BI/Fabric side so hopefully you have an interest towards data.

About the role

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Power BI reports, data integrations, Platform applications, workflows, connectors, and security configurations
  • Collaborate closely with clients through email to understand their requirements, identify issues, and provide effective solutions
  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and best practices to assist clients in effectively utilizing the Platform
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the functionality, usability, and performance of the solutions
  • Willingness to learn and share best practices both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and service managers, to deliver successful Power Platform implementations

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have experience in technical support or customer service
  • Possess a proactive attitude and a willingness to take immediate action and reach out to customers
  • Have experience with data tools, preferably Power BI or Fabric tools – can be through previous work experience or studies
  • Have knowledge of Power Platform tools, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio, is highly appreciated
  • Understand how Power Platform utilizes other Microsoft services such as Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
  • Can communicate and present effectively with the ability to explain sometimes complex concepts clearly to also non-technical stakeholders
  • Are able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Are fluent in written and spoken Finnish and English
  • You need to have a valid Finnish working permit (no relocation support or services available).

You will be part of our Continuous Services team with 5 fellow service master minds including 2 Service Advisors.

Our salary model offers levels based on skills and taking ownership. Your compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process based on the salary model. We strive to be an organization where everyone is supported to grow and can advance in their career. Expected compensation can be within the range of 2700-4000 €/month.
