As a key member of the USIS Operations delivery team you will facilitate key customer adoption of our offline products and solutions. In this role you will translate business requirements, configure, test, and deploy them within our proprietary cloud-based systems. You will have the opportunity to work closely with professional services, technical support, and product management teams. You will play a key part in the Fulfillment organization's evolution, joining a team dedicated to understanding current processes and then applying technology and automation to reimagine our workflow. This transformation will shift our focus from operational systems to analyzing outcomes and proactively identifying anomalies. What you’ll do Responsible for executing against standard customer requirements to implement the most efficient solution. Follow standard operating procedures for most efficient data processing. Extract and refine data using a variety of proprietary tools. Troubleshooting and participating in problem management to resolve client-impacting issues will be ongoing. Collaborate with multiple groups within the organization to ensure project success including other fulfillment analysts, project managers and sales. Ensure on time high quality deliverables by adhering to internal quality procedures and standards by participating in quality assurance related tasks. What experience you need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, statistics, or equivalent work experience. 1+ years prior experience coding and shell scripting experience English Proficiency (C1) What could set you apart Experience working with data dictionaries, layouts, data formats, and data encoding (ASCII, UTF, UNICODE, EBCDIC). In addition, experience with Linux and/or other programming languages is desired. Prior experience with the creation of complex datasets and their QA, general knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and/or Agile practices, or previous Data Quality experience.
