Role Summary: As Data Fulfillment Manager you will ensure seamless end-to-end flow of orders, from intake through delivery, maintain high quality, meet deadlines, and optimize our operational processes. You will work closely with product, data, engineering, marketing, and client-facing teams. You will report directly to the CTO and act as a key driver of operational excellence and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Leveraging the responsibilities framework below: Quality delivery of Manual/Custom Orders (no errors, on-time) ensure that custom or manual orders are processed correctly and delivered on time with minimal defects. Capacity Forecasting: Utilization forecast workload, manage resource utilization effectively, and scale operations as volume grows. Ops Processes: Manage operational workflows, bottlenecks, queues, and streamline throughput. QC (Quality Control): Define, implement, monitor quality control processes, conduct root-cause analysis of defects, drive continuous improvement. Project Solutions: Develop/Test/Implement: collaborate with teams to develop, test and implement operational solutions, automation, process improvements, and systems enhancements. Additional Responsibilities: Develop and maintain operational metrics and dashboards (e.g., order throughput, error rate, lead time, utilization) Liaise with client services/sales to ensure operational commitments align with client expectations and delivery schedules Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to standardize, automate, and scale Manage vendor/partner workflows if applicable, ensure SLAs are met Mentor team members, foster culture of continuous improvement and accountability Present operational performance, risks and improvement plans to the CTO and senior leadership Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of operations/production management experience, preferably in data, analytics, services or tech environment Proven ability to manage end-to-end order/work-flow processes, ensure on-time delivery and high quality Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, resource utilization Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL tools Strong process orientation, ability to map, analyze, redesign workflows Demonstrated experience in quality control, root-cause problem solving, and continuous improvement Familiarity with data/product delivery environments, preferably with data/analytics services Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-accuracy environment Proficient in using operational dashboards, KPI tracking, data-driven decision making Familiarity with project management and process automation tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Airflow, Tableau/Power BI) is a plus Strong leadership mindset; ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority What We Offer: Opportunity to join a mission-driven, fast-moving data/analytics organization Direct impact on operational excellence and scalable growth Collaborative, cross-functional environment Competitive salary and benefits package (to be discussed) Located in Brentwood, TN (or flexible/remote depending on candidate) Professional development and growth opportunities as the company continues to scale
