Together, we’ll build a future where innovation knows no limits. Job Description: As a Data & GenAI Solution Lead, you will accelerate the delivery of customer-facing Data and GenAI projects. You will act as a bridge between customer requirements, technical teams, and business objectives, turning data into strategic value. Key Responsibilities: Solution Consulting Collaborate with clients to identify data-driven opportunities and define feasible solution architectures. Translate business requirements into specifications aligned with AWS and TechX best practices. Support pre-sales activities such as proof-of-concept (POC) builds, demos, and documentation. Collaboration & Enablement Work closely with internal data engineers, AI engineers, and solution architects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Provide guidance, support, and knowledge sharing within project teams. Support in standardizing delivery frameworks, documentation, and reusable assets. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI solution development. Experience in project implementation and solution consulting. Hands-on experience with AWS data stack (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, EMR, or SageMaker). Background in BFSI projects or domain understanding (banking, insurance, digital lending.) is a huge plus. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and working with structured & unstructured data. Familiarity with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, or vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch). Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to explain technical topics to business audiences.
