JOB SUMMARY

The Data Governance Analyst plays a key role in executing the organization’s data governance strategy by supporting data quality initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling accurate, trustworthy data across the enterprise. This role will collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT, focusing on data assessment, validation, issue resolution, continuous improvement through automation and education, while enabling data-driven decision-making and AI capabilities across the enterprise.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or business analysis.
  • Experience with data governance and DQ tools (e.g., Informatica DQ, Collibra, Alation, Secoda).
  • Solid understanding of data management principles, compliance standards, and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data profiling techniques preferred.
