Sogeti are looking for a Data Governance Analyst to drive the implementation of a robust and practical data governance strategy for our clients. This role will involve advising on data governance best practices, ensuring stakeholder buy-in, and integrating governance tools. You will play a key role in mitigating risk, assessing project data maturity, and leading governance initiatives across organizations. Responsibilities include defining data quality standards, establishing common data dictionaries, monitoring data incidents, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks

Implement data governance strategy, with business stakeholder buy-in
Advise business and IT on the implementation of data governance / data catalogue / master data management tools
Mitigate risk through strong data governance;
Proactively engage with all internal and external stakeholders and advise on data governance best practice;
Assess data governance maturity and provide recommendations regarding people, process and technology approaches;
Lead deployments of data governance activities across business areas and projects
Identify information assets, requirements, risks and responsibilities;
Create common data dictionaries.
Create methods for monitoring and reporting data incidents.
Create key data quality KPIs
Work with Business and IT stakeholders to develop data quality standards.
Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
Act as a consultant, connecting with clients at working, management and strategic level if required.
