POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Data Governance Lead plays a key role in supporting the development and facilitation of a new Data Governance program at Air Miles, aligned with parent company (BMO) policies and standards.
They are responsible for co-developing and facilitating the adoption and operationalization of mature Air Miles Data Literacy, Data Oversight, Data Quality and Data Control capabilities.
Using their above average knowledge and experience in Data Governance and Data Management best practices, coupled with strong facilitation and communication skills, the DG Lead collaborates with stakeholders from both Air Miles and BMO, to align Air Miles Data Governance practices and introduce new capabilities.
