Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to lead and manage organizational change initiatives within Information Governance (IG) programs. The role focuses on ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, policies, and systems by effectively managing stakeholder engagement, communication, and change impacts across the organization. Experience: 6+ Years Role Level: Specialist Employment Type: (Full-time / Contract – as applicable) Qualifications Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and execute change management strategies for Information Governance initiatives Assess change impacts, risks, and readiness across business and IT teams Develop and implement change management plans, including communication, training, and adoption strategies Engage stakeholders at all levels to drive awareness, buy-in, and sustained adoption Collaborate with IG, IT, HR, and business leaders to align change initiatives with organizational goals Track change effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and adoption metrics Identify resistance points and implement mitigation strategies Support leadership with change-related insights and recommendations Ensure change activities align with organizational culture and governance standards Additional Information Required Qualifications & Experience 6+ years of hands-on experience in Organizational Change Management Proven experience managing enterprise-wide change initiatives Experience supporting or delivering change within Information Governance (IG) programs Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)
