QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum of 6 years of related experience or 4 years and a Masters in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations with minimal supervision, demonstrated by at least 5 distinct decks that tell a concise story, synthesize complex information, and are visually engaging.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Experience in identifying, recommending and implementing process improvements.
  • Ability to travel 0-5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Talent functional experts to design and implement cutting-edge security models and automations to ensure Deloitte’s Talent data is appropriately secured:
  • Collaborate with functional teams to analyze current processes.
  • Pinpoint data access issues and risks.
  • Recommend targeted process improvements.
  • Deliver clear process flows, best practices, and actionable toolkits.
  • Work closely with business leaders and Enabling Areas to proactively identify and mitigate data risks.
  • Leverage continuous improvement and lean data methodologies to elevate existing workflows, drawing on feedback from stakeholders, leadership, and team members.
  • Build deep expertise in Talent Data Governance and Security, including the nuances of sensitive data fields and their combinations, positioning yourself as a go-to resource for the organization.
  • Take ownership of planning, scheduling, estimating, forecasting, and coordinating the successful delivery of data strategy and security projects and related initiatives.
  • Translate complex Talent data security model challenges into clear technical and business language, fostering productive discussions with Deloitte Technology, Enterprise Data Governance, and stakeholder teams.
  • Create comprehensive toolkits and support materials that demystify approval processes, and data security guidance enabling stakeholders to navigate them with confidence.
  • Plan, schedule, estimate, forecast, coordinate, and manage the delivery of all project deliverables and related initiatives. Define technical requirements as needed for new initiatives/projects, ensuring that systems are built to comply with firm standards and security protocols.
  • Monitor and report on status of project efforts, including leading project status activities. Proactively manage project issues and risks (RAID log). Propose recommendations and solutions to resolve potential conflicts and risks.
  • Leverage shared team site, OneNote notebook, Smartsheet and mailboxes to ensure structure and access to communications, materials and documents for all project team members
  • Function as utility player across multiple areas on the team.
