JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Data Governance Specialist with hands-on expertise in Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and exposure to Snowflake. The candidate will be responsible for implementing data governance processes, ensuring data quality, and supporting compliance frameworks while collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage data governance processes, policies, and standards.
• Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to track governance workflows, documentation, and reporting.
• Work with data teams to implement governance controls in Snowflake.
• Support data cataloging, lineage, metadata management, and data stewardship activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and data accessibility.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
