Job Description Summary
Are you interested in supporting the Consumer Lending business, customers and colleagues by joining our Data Office team. If you want to help ensure that our customer data is well managed, protected during change and maintains its accuracy, then this could be the role for you. As a Data Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our Data Side of Change process, supporting Platforms and business areas to focus on data quality, data accuracy and data lineage as part of the change lifecycle. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in providing oversight to the roll-out of the data accountabilities as part of the embedding plans in 2025.

About this opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity within Chief Controls Office in the Data Governance and Privacy team, where you’ll help to improve and embed Consumer Lending’s approach to data management controls. Looking for the right candidate to join us on our journey to build a diverse, highly skilled workforce.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple business areas, including Senior leaders as part of this role. Providing subject matter expertise to enable our Consumer Lending teams to trust and use their data, helping them to make informed decisions and provide better customer outcomes whilst reducing risk.
