As a data governance steward senior or lead in the Claims Control organization, you’ll support the continued focus of the Claims Data Strategy organization in making claims data available and accurate. In this role, you’ll influence how we meet the data needs of our Claims data consumers, like our Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams. In addition, you’ll be the primary resource aligned to updating our claims data access process and establishing close working relationships with business subject matter experts and IT to ensure a strong understanding and quality of claims data.
Remote work allowed.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Strong data exploration skills; proficient with a variety of analytical tools and languages (SQL, SAS, Power BI)
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities; a passion for researching and answering business questions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and prioritize projects, provide recommendations, collaborate with, and influence various levels of peers and leaders
