Architecture Documentation & Gap Analysis Analyze and document existing data architecture, models, and flows across systems. Identify gaps, redundancies, and technical debts in the current data landscape. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate findings and prioritize remediation areas. Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and data stewardship processes. Establish governance frameworks for metadata, data lineage, and business semantics. Implement data quality checks and reference data management practices. Facilitate workshops and discussions to align data governance goals with organizational priorities. Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives. Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8-12 years of experience in data governance, data stewardship, or data architecture roles. Strong understanding of data models, metadata, data dictionaries, and business semantics. Experience with MDM, data quality tools, and reference data management. Familiarity with reporting systems, system extracts, and enterprise data platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data governance.
