Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Input Officer to join our Life Insurance department.
Based in our Dubai office, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our financial advisers and our customers by utilising excellent and in-depth knowledge of the Life Insurance products we distribute following our internal /external policies and procedures.

What will you be doing:

  • Handle and resolve life insurance queries raised by financial advisers and customers
  • Evaluate new business and servicing applications
  • Assist financial advisers and customer with documentation
  • Maintain client and policy data in our internal system
  • Interact regularly with product providers and financial advisers, to ensure that customer requests are dealt with
  • Coordinate with our compliance department when required
  • Demonstrate a “can do” and professional attitude

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer servicing role in the Life Insurance industry
  • Familiar with life insurance providers operating with the local market, their products, and processes
  • Must be a team player and use their initiative
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Be able to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Fluent in English (oral & written)
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
