Key Objectives Accurately enter and update patient and clinic data in our systems. Maintain data quality and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations. Support administrative and clinical teams by providing timely and reliable data access. Responsibilities Input patient information, appointment details, and treatment records with precision and attention to detail. Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies promptly. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure data is organized and accessible. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support daily operations. Adhere to privacy policies and regulatory requirements related to patient data. Assist with generating reports and data summaries as needed. Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and suggest enhancements. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or healthcare administration is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within healthcare or wellness industries. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management software. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Good organizational and time management skills.
