We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Input Support Clerk at Smart Capital Center. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our systems and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data on a daily basis
  • Utilize data validation tools and perform data quality checks
  • Identify and report any data discrepancies or errors
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues
  • Update and maintain databases with new and existing information
  • Monitor and track data entry progress and report any issues or delays to management
  • Assist with ad-hoc data entry projects as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to data entry

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Experience with data entry software and database management systems preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

The pay range for this role is:
40,000 - 55,000 USD per year(Remote (Plano, Texas, US)
