• Leading the data analysis function and presenting key findings to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Analysing and reporting on customer service and contact centre performance.
• Building dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Sigma.
• Supporting compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Driving insight-led decisions through data storytelling.
• Mentoring/leading a small team of analysts.
